Post-Pioneer-Day Post

This Holiday is better than the 4th in my opinion.

at least it will be this year!

(my 4th was kinda crappy)

Day Plans:
  • pick up Sarah
  • Hit up Will's Pit-Stop to get me some DVC (diet vanilla coke... SO delicious)
  • go to Park City with Sar-Bear (Outlet Shopping!)
  • come home and nap
  • leave to go to Spanish Fork with Jamm
  • dance to some live music
  • watch the fireworks
  • come home and watch Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
Oh, I love this day!

AND

it's a paid holiday, which makes it that much greater!

p.s. This is my friend, Jared, whom I miss so very dearly. Please keep his Dad tucked in your prayers. He just found out he has stomach cancer. If you could do that, it would be much appreciated.
Love you, Jerrry!

I kind of felt a bit guilty after this past Memorial Day Weekend.

I didn't do anything to honor the people that I love who have passed.

That is why today on my way home from work,

I stopped to say hello to Aunt Carolyn.

She was so awesome.

I remember when we stayed at her house, we were having a snack.
Erin told my mom that she wanted a slice of bread with mayonnaise on it.
gross, I know.

After my mom said --Erin, that's gross, can you pick something else?
Aunt Carolyn goes, "Ya know what? I would like the same thing."

Not only this small story. So many other great things about her.

She has the coolest middle name too!

Love her.

Easter Sundee

I am under the weather - as some would call it.

But that didn't stop me from singing in the choir today.

I should have sang bass from how masculine my voice is still sounding.

yikes.

But at least we sang Be Still my Soul, and I Know that My Redeemer Lives.

two of my favorite hymns.

"I know that My Redeemer lives. What comfort this sweet sentence gives."

That sentence truly does give me such great comfort.

Well anyways...

This is how i spent my easter:

Woke up with my dad swinging my door open - "Anna! Peter Cottontail still came, even though you are twenty-one!"

(He gave me cash monies! And itunes gift cards! How nice of him!)

Then my family left to their home ward.

I got ready for my ward.

even curled my hair.

Then felt sickly after sacrament meeting.

Came home.

Took a 2 hour nap. It felt really nice.

We ate Hawaiian Haystacks for Sundee Dinner. They were super delicious! I'm surprised we didn't eat Rabbit..

or eggs.

Then my family watched Prince Charles and Princess Dianna get married on TLC.

She had an extremely wrinkley dress. That's all I could notice.

Then my family listened to some sweet Samba musica.

and danced.

I love to dance.

Just as long as I dance like no one is watching!

i love my mumsie and popsicle.
they do so much for me. they support me in any decision i make, and are just down right awesome.

i love my sister, erin.
she is neat. i love that i can just look at her and know exactly what she is thinking. it is great.

i love my friends.
they are so good to me. i do not deserve the friends that i have. seriously, awesome.

i love raspberry-oreo shakes.

i love my life.
so grateful to be me- anna mae spencer. and live in the time that i live in- 2011. just so happy to be alive.

i love being a girl.
ya know doing girl stuff- shopping, make-up, manicures, fun hair styles.. boy's can't be cool like this.

i love my church.
i am mormon. i love it. it makes me so happy every single day! i don't think this list would be very long if i was not a memeber of my church.

halloweenie

Mom gave me the privilege this year of decorating our front porch.
Here's how it turned out!

spidery ribon found at Dollar Tree!

homemade broomstick.
(i gathered branches from Anderson Park)

yep, picked dead flowers from mumsies garden, and put them in her jackolantern-tin-pot.

I even wired the broom to the chair to ensure it's safety from burglary.

Joo like?..
