i was born

in the St. Vincent de Paul Hospital in Portland, OR

Dr. Bear Delivered me.

Once I saw him on TV! He was on that show from TLC called: I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant. Bahahahah.. even just the title kills me.

i weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and was 21" long.

and was brought home in a stocking that the nurses made for me!

To celebrate my GOLDEN Bday.. I thought I'd throw a few pictures up of meee through the ages. Here we go.

My dreams were crushed today when..

Mr. Postman brought me nothing.

I kept thinking it would come today since yesterday was Veterans Day, and the mail is not delivered on Holliday's.

I've been listening to that Carpenters song all day today..

I guess there is always tomorrow's post.

never alone

This week has been a tricky one.

but a good one at the same time.

Toward the beginning of this week, I was feeling very frustrated. Frustrated because of several reasons.

1. Why don't I know what I want to be when I grow up?
2. Why does my Dad want to up and move to Singapore?
3. Why didn't I get a letter this week?
4. Why do my Bff's want to move away, or get married and leave me in the dust?..

etc.

Needless to say, I had a little bit of a melt down.

But then came November 5th.

The whole entire day I had been thinking that I needed to get out my Patriarchal Blessing and go over it. It had been a while since I had read it. It took me a while to find it (I guess it really had been a long time.)

Anyway, the first thing I read at the top of the page of my blessing, was the date.

November 5th, 2006.

No wonder I had been thinking that I needed to read it.

Nothing jumped out to me from reading it this time from any other time, but this time reading it was just different. I felt very much at ease. I knew at that particular moment in time, that Heavenly Father loved me, and that he was never going to leave me alone.

Not under any circumstance.

I can not forget to keep Him in my circle of friends.

Becoming Like Him

Today is DAY 1.

From now until Christmas, each week I am going to be working on 1 Christlike attribute that will help me to become more like Him.

DISNEYLAND!

It is just the happiest place on earth. I've been there far too many times to count, and it never gets old. I just love it. I want to someday go on my honeymoon there. That would be the greatest. If my husband decides to propose to me at disneyland, he wont have to worry about what my answer will be. Especially if its right in front of the castle, during the fireworks.

ahh.. i can't WAIT!!

I was in Disneyworld last year during Halloween time, and I just loved it.

My wisdom teeth came out on monday.

The first day wasn't so bad. I asked the Dentist if i could have my teeth. They must have numbed my whole face because no one could understand me. Mom told me that I asked her at least five times how many teeth they took out. I'm pretty sure I was only asking because I wasn't able to bring my teeth home with me.

Day 2.. I looked something like this.

The cheeeeeks are still swollen a bit.

People keep telling me that they cant even tell... so i guess my face normally looks this gargantuan.

Without my two new best friends, Hydrocodone and Ibuprofen, I would probably be dead right now. So thanks guys! That is all.

I saw a movie one time.. it was called Napoleon Dynamite. You've probably seen it?? I should've been in this movie.. I wouldn't of had to act anything out either. Some of you may remember the part where Napoleon decides he needs to draw Trisha a portrait in order to win her love and devotion.
